On March 12, 2026, a Woodbury Police Officer observed a call for service that had yet to be dispatched. The Officer opened the call and saw it was a shoplifting in progress at Ulta beauty store located at 8290 Tamarack Village in Woodbury, MN. The officer activated her squad/BWC and started to drive towards the store. Dispatch advised that there were two black males inside the store loading up orange Ulta tote bags with random high priced beauty products. One male was wearing grey sweatpants and sweatshirt and the other in a black sweatsuit.
Shortly after the officer arrived on the scene, the suspects were observed running out of the store carrying large orange Ulta tote bags full of merchandise. The suspects appeared to be running towards a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect wearing black, identified as later as DEVON ANTHONY SANTREL MAPP [DOB REDACTED], reached the passenger door of a vehicle. MAPP was apprehend and found to in possession of stolen Ulta property in the amount of $1,505 The second suspect, later identified as AMARJAH ANTHONY LEZAH LESTER [DOB REDACTED], was apprehendef and was found to be in possession of stolen Ulta property in the amount of $1,279 worth.
