On December 11, 2025, at approximately 7:09 A.M., Saint Paul Officers were conducting a proactive visit to Edgerton Hi-Rise, (public housing building), [ADDRESS REDACTED], Saint Paul, County of Ramsey. Officers encountered a female trespasser on the 13th floor hallway known to officers as DAHLIA ROSE MARTINEZ, [DOB REDACTED]. MARTINEZ is unsheltered and was previously trespassed from the property. MARTINEZ was arrested for trespassing. MARTINEZ was searched. During the search, and officer found several broken pieces of drug paraphernalia pipes and multiple pieces of tinfoil on MARTINEZ. MARTINEZ told officers she had drugs on her and told officers the location.
Officer Dahir found a small white Hello Kitty case with suspected controlled substances inside of MARTINEZ’s pants near the knee area. In the case, there was a white powdery substance and a crystal-like substance. MARTINEZ said the substances were fentanyl. Officer Kinn conducted presumptive tests on suspect drugs. Item #1A, labeled white Hello Kitty case containing suspected controlled substance, result positive fentanyl, net weight 2.34 grams. Item #1B, labeled white Hello Kitty case containing suspected controlled substance, result positive cocaine, net weight.19 grams.
