On January 13, 2026, at approximately 10:02 A.M., a male entered Target, [ADDRESS REDACTED] B W, Roseville, County of Ramsey. The male selected a Fujifilm InstaxMini (value $116.99) that had spider security wrap. The male used a pocketknife to remove the item from the package, and concealed the item on him. The male bypassed all points of sale, exited the store with the stolen item. Police were called and a description of the male suspect was provided. Staff told officers the suspect was last seen at the Mister Car Wash.

Officers located the male in the Midas Parking Lot. The male was identified as KAVOSIAE JAMES FORD-WHITE, [DOB REDACTED]. FORD-WHITE was arrested and searched. A fixed blade kitchen knife was found in FORD-WHITES left jacket pocket. FORD-WHITE declined an interview.
