Officer observed an adult female slumped over in the driver’s seat in a maroon minivan. Officer stopped to check on the welfare of the driver. The driver was identified as Tamela Marie Lucero, [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”). Defendant told Officer she was living in the minivan. Defendant said she was fine and would soon be driving to the Winona Day Center. Dispatch informed Officer that Defendant had an active extraditable warrant out of Wisconsin. Defendant was arrested on the outstanding warrant.
Defendant is charged in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, with Violating a Harassment Restraining Order. Defendant’s outstanding warrant is for failing to appear at a status conference on November 20, 2025. The warrant is limited to the State of Wisconsin and Surrounding States. Defendant was transported to the Winona County Jail without incident. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
