On July 31, 2025, the Defendant herein, ARNOLD LAWRENCE SCHULTZ [DOB REDACTED] was charged in-custody by formal complaint with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree. In that matter, the Defendant was alleged to have sexually assaulted his daughter. Following his arrest and subsequent incarceration, the Defendant's wife, SLS, discovered concerning internet searches related to child [NAME REDACTED] on the Defendant’s computer while attempting to pay household bills. SLS brought the Defendant's computer and two hard drives to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office for them to review.
These items were taken from the family home in the city of Ramsey, Anoka County. Warrants were obtained for searches of these items for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Upon a forensic examination of all three items, multiple videos depicting CSAM were located. During a review of the documents downloaded from the Seagate Firecuda 2TB hard drive, Detectives located eighteen separate videos depicting CSAM. The videos were described as follows: 1. This video contains two young boys, one of which is prepubescent, likely middle school aged and the other boy being slightly older, still likely middle school aged or early high school aged.
The younger boy is laying on his back on a bed and is anally penetrated by the erect penis of the older boy. 2. This video contains a young prepubescent boy and prepubescent girl, both fully nude. The girl is laying on the edge of the bed, and the boy vaginally penetrates her vagina with his erect penis. The person who is filming at one point in the video adjusts the boys’ hands placing them on the girl's stomach while he is penetrating her. 3. This video shows an adult male with an erect penis sitting on a couch and a prepubescent girl, completely naked, squatting over the male who is penetrating her vagina with his erect penis. 4. This video depicts a prepubescent boy laying on a bed wearing a shirt, but he is naked from the waist down.
There is an adult female nude on the bed beside him. The female then begins to touch the boy’s penis and places his penis in her mouth. She then climbs on top of the boy and places his penis in her vagina. The boy can be seen covering his eyes with his hand while this is occurring. This video has a creation date on the drive of February 22, 2018. 5. This video depicts a prepubescent girl with braids in her hair who is fully nude. An adult male is in the video with the girl who lays on the bed with his pants removed and the girl then performs oral sex on the adult male.
The male vaginally penetrates the girl both with his penis and digitally. This video has a creation date on the drive of February 22, 2018. 6. This video depicts a prepubescent elementary aged girl who is wearing only underwear. The girl pulls her underwear down and begins to touch her own vagina. An adult male enters the video and begins to penetrate the girl’s vagina with his erect penis and ultimately ejaculates near the girl's genital area. This video depicts several cuts of different videos, all of which show adult men sexually assaulting prepubescent girls with either their penises, fingers or other objects.
