That your complainant is a peace officer employed by the Rochester Police Department, who was advised of the following by Officer Garrison Lenz, a law enforcement officer with that agency, known to your complainant to be truthful and reliable: That on April 7, 2025, at approximately 2:21 P.M., Officer Lenz observed a vehicle, bearing Minnesota registration of RJT775, hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle,” traveling northwest on Assisi Drive in the City of Rochester, County of Olmsted, State of Minnesota.
As the vehicle passed Officer Lenz’s squad car, Officer Lenz learned that the registered owner’s Minnesota driver’s license status was Canceled – Inimical to Public Safety. The registered owner was listed as Tami Lou Baker, [DOB REDACTED]. Officer Lenz made an investigative stop, as he could not clearly see the driver of the vehicle. Officer Lenz then identified the driver as Baker. Officer Lenz informed Baker that she did not have a valid driver’s license and that her driving status was Canceled – Inimical to Public Safety.
Baker acknowledged that she was aware of her invalid license status. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR COURT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING IMPOSED AND PUNISHED AS PROVIDED IN MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 609.49.
