The following is based on your complainant’s review of the reports of other officers and your complainant’s own investigation: On June 18, 2025, at about 3:50pm, Roseville Police received a report from a store manager at Lululemon at Rosedale Mall, 1595 Highway 36 W., Roseville, Ramsey County that several people appeared to be breaking off merchandise security sensors; the manager said that he could hear the sensors being torn off. Store security reported that the people identified by the manager were now exiting from a mall door.
Officers were to the mall door and encountered two people matching the descriptions provided. One self- identified as “Dwayne Johnson ([DOB REDACTED])” but was eventually identified as the defendant, CALEB DEUNTE DIGGS ([DOB REDACTED]). A warrant was found to be outstanding for the defendant’s arrest. In a search incident to the arrest, officers found in the defendant’s pants pocket a small silver pry tool and small set of wire clips. They were recovered. The Lululemon manager said that he could hear the defendant forcibly removing security sensors.
He said that as he moved to see, the defendant and the rest of the group quickly discarded clothing on a nearby shelf and fled. The sensors from the discarded clothing were found to be significantly damaged; photographs were taken. In a Mirandized interview, the defendant acknowledged using the silver pry tool to attempt to remove security sensors from Lululemon merchandise, adding “to keep it 100 with you, I steal.” The defendant also added that “Dwayne Johnson” is acquaintance who has authorized the defendant to use his identity.
