Additionally, DEFENDANT ANDERSON was observed driving the F-150 with the gray stripe. 2 27-CR-25-32475 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/26/2025 Historical phone records for DEFENDANT SPAH were obtained. The third most frequently called phone number was connected to Shane Thomas Lloyd [DOB REDACTED], "DEFENDANT LLOYD" herein. DEFENDANT LLOYD's booking photos are consistent with Suspect 2. Phone records for DEFENDANT LLOYD placed his phone in the area of this burglary around the time of the burglary.
DEFENDANT ANDERSON was arrested on September 23, 2025 for unrelated conduct. In that arrest, DEFENDANT ANDERSON was associated with the Subaru. The Subaru was found to contain multiple collectible items including a collectible golf bag containing collectible golf clubs, a PGA golf lanyard, and a golf statue. N. L. Confirmed these unique items belonged to her. N. L. Provided a list of items taken from their two storage units. The total value of items taken from N. L.'s two storage units amounted to approximately $24,019.99. The State is requesting this Complaint issue as a warrant as DEFENDANT LLOYD has active warrants in court file numbers: 19HA-CR-24-1724, 62-CR-23-5389, and 19HA-CR-23-1921, and it is unlikely he will respond to a summons in this matter.
