On or about October 13, 2025, Moorhead Police Department Officer B. Bauer responded to a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred at 2408 3rd Ave. N. In Moorhead, located in Clay County, MN. The victim reported that the night prior, an individual known to him as ALISA ANN REYES [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant, had stayed at his residence. The Defendant was reported to be a relative of the victim. The victim [NAME REDACTED] went to bed some time around 1:00 A.M. On October 12, 2025. The Defendant was still in the apartment and awake at that time.
When the victim [NAME REDACTED] on October 12, the Defendant and his vehicle, a black 2014 Dodge Charger, were missing. The victim [NAME REDACTED] only one set of keys for the vehicle, which had gone missing from his residence as well. The victim confirmed that he never gave the Defendant permission to take the vehicle, and that no other individual had permission to take, or access to the vehicle that he was aware of.
