On November 6, 2025 at approximately 8:55 P.M., St. Cloud Police Department was dispatched to an assault at Firehouse Subs, located in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns. Officers met at the scene with two staff members T. D. M., adult male fully identified in police reports and S. M. S., adult female fully identified in police reports. T. D. M. Was shouting to officers that a male with a bow and arrow had robbed them and left headed towards Holiday Gas Station. The male was further described as being white, bald, and having a dark green jacket.
Officers spoke with S. M. S. S. M. S. Stated that the male had come into the store and stolen a food order. T. D. M. Chased after the male. S. M. S. Reported she observed the male point the bow of a bow and arrow at T. D. M. At which point T. D. M. Ran back into the store. S. M. S. Stated she was worried and scared. Officers spoke with T. D. M. T. D. M. Explained that the male had stolen a food order and he chased after him towards 5th Avenue. T. D. M. Reported he saw the male get out the bow and pointed it in his direction.
T. D. M. Stated the male started digging around in his jacket and believed he was going to pull out an arrow and shoot him. T. D. M. Stated he was scared and ran back to the store. Officers proceeded to Holiday Gas Station, located on the 300 block of 5th Avenue South, in the City of St. Cloud, Stearns County. A staff member, D. S. M., stated that the white male, bald, wearing a green jacket was just in the store. D. S. M. Stated he was familiar with the male's girlfriend, later identified to be S. S. S., adult female fully identified in police reports.
D. S. M. Showed officers S. S. S.'s Facebook profile and a male matching the description of the male suspect was in the photo with her. Officers learned that S. S. S. Resided at an apartment complex located on the 300 block of 4th Ave South in the City of St. Cloud, Stearns County. Officers arrived at S. S. S.'s residence and made contact with S. S. S. And a bald white male, later identified to be Ricky Raymond Levercom, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. S. S. S invited officers into the apartment.
Officers observed a green coat on a couch and a pair of plaid pajama pants. Officers observed the defendant to be intoxicated as he was slurring his words and kept repeating that he was sleeping. Officers spoke with S. S. S. S. S. S. Explained that she has known the defendant for five years, they have a had a sexual relationship and live together in the apartment. S. S. S. Explained the defendant has been using cocaine and methamphetamine and has been active aggressively. S. S. S. Reported that on November 6, 2025 at approximately 10:15 A.M., the defendant was upset about her possibly having a sexual relationship with someone.
S. S. S. Explained that she was sitting on the end of her bed, rolling a cigarette and the defendant stuck her with a half-closed fist, striking the back of her head. S. S. S. Explained she did not see the defendant leave with a bow and arrow, but is aware the defendant owns a bow and arrow. On November 7, 2025, officers obtained surveillance footage from Holiday Gas Station. Officers observed the defendant on at Holiday Gas Station on November 6, 2025 around 8:33 P.M., wearing a green jacket with a fur hood, t-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
