CORTEZ TERRELL MUKS, [DOB REDACTED], has the following prior domestic violence related convictions within the past three years. ••-CR-••-••••, Domestic Assault, felony conviction 8/8/2025 ••-CR-••-••••, Threats of Violence, felony conviction 09/10/2024 ••-CR-••-••••, Assault Third Degree & Assault 5th Degree w/in 3 years of 2 or more, felony convictions 09/10/2024 On February 4, 2026, Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to Comcast Building, 10 Riverpark Plaza, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on a call involving a male who assaulted staff.

Officers arrived and saw a male standing in front of the building who matched the suspect description-later identified as MUKS. MUKS took a fight stance with officers and would not identify self. Eventually, MUKS was handcuffed. Comcast Security Officer XV said MUKS was outside with his pants down. XV told him to leave the property and MUKS refused. MUKS picked up a piece of ice, made a comment to XV, and dropped the ice. MUKS refused to leave. MUKS pushed XV, causing him to stumble backwards into a snowbank.

XV went inside the building to prevent further escalation. Another staff members said he saw MUKS push XV. In court file ••-CR-••-••••, MUKS was charged with Assault 5th Degree and Disorderly Conduct arising from same facts. In light of felony charges, this file should be dismissed.
