Officers confirmed the Aostirmotor e-bike located in Jasman’s locker belonged to A. Y., and officers also located CAT power packs and an air compressor in Jasman’s lockers consistent with those stolen from A. Y.’s locker. 2 27-CR-26-242 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/5/2026 K. V. O. Reported that PlayStation games, cash and coins inside a piggy bank, shoes, jewelry, and ammunition were missing from his unit. Officers learned that Jasman pawned PlayStation games at a pawn shop in Burnsville, and the games that he pawned were consistent with those missing from K. V. O.’s unit.
Officers also located multiple pieces of mail and documents bearing K. V. O.’s name inside of Jasman’s truck. R. H. Reported that toolboxes, rollers, numerous tools, and other equipment were taken from his locker. Many of the items had his initials on them. Officers recovered drawers and tools with R. H.’s initials from Jasman’s truck and lockers. Officers also learned that Jasman pawned wrenches, sockets, and other items consistent with those taken from R. H.’s locker at a pawn shop on September 26, 2025. R. H. Estimated that the total value of the items taken from his locker was well over $25,000. M. A. F. Reported that musical equipment, including multiple amplifiers, cables, guitars, and drums, were missing from their unit.
Officers learned that Jasman pawned an amplifier, speaker, and guitar at a pawn shop in St. Paul on September 21, 2025, and a bass guitar, an amplifier, and multiple speakers at a pawn shop in Burnsville on September 19, 2025. All of the pawned items were consistent with items missing from M. A. F.’s locker. N. G. Reported that multiple boxes containing sports trading cards were missing from his unit.
