On October 14, 2025, Special Agent Klassen of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) received a Cybertip report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) indicating that Discord Inc. Informed NCMEC that one of their users uploaded a file containing suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on April 10, 2025. Discord provided information related to the incident as well as information about their user including their email address (“hahngrey15@.”); screen/username (“kushklouds420”); and related IP address.
Agent Klassen reviewed the file Discord reported to NCMEC and confirmed the file contained CSAM. The file is described as follows: 1. Filename: 6fcc63a0c340ded65f4e128962668a82.mp4 Incident time: 04-10-2025 14:24:17 UTC Description: The file is a video 24 seconds long with audio and depicts an unclothed prepubescent male child estimated to be under 12 years old who is placing an erect penis of a nude adult male, in his mouth. The adult male ejaculates in the child’s mouth.“NenesCalientes” is printed at the top of the video.
When translated from Spanish to English means “hot babes.” During the investigation, Agent Klassen issued subpoenas to Google, Discord, Metronet, and Charter related to the Discord Cybertip. As a result, it was determined that the file containing CSAM was uploaded from an IP address associated with Charter subscriber, J. B. (an adult male), who resides at a home in the City of Austin, County of Mower. On October 15, 2025, Agent Klassen applied for and obtained a search warrant for Discord Inc., to obtain records and contents related to the Discord user (“kushklouds420”) associated with the uploaded CSAM file.
On November 20, 2025, Discord responded to the search warrant and provided Klassen two zip files containing digital files. Agent Klassen reviewed the Discord files and located videos containing CSAM, described as follows that were sent/possessed on April 10, 2025: 2. 879d-c6eb23161787.mp4 Description: Pubescent and prepubescent nude female children massaging breasts and kissing. Pubescent female child’s age is estimated at 12-14 and prepubescent female child’s age estimated at 7-10. 3. 94-9565-4b37- a33b-8ae032c9c111.mp4.webm Description: Prepubescent female child’s vagina, with pubescent male child’s penis penetrating it.
Estimated age of children is 5-8. 4. 7513424082894970_ev_102408.mp4 9 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/11/2025 Description: Prepubescent female child [NAME REDACTED], nude from the waist down. Black dog sniffing and licking child’s anus/vagina then mounting and humping the child [NAME REDACTED]. Estimated age of child is 8-11. 5. Description: Prepubescent female child nude from the waist down standing with left leg up on object. Child [NAME REDACTED]. Estimated age of child is 9-12. 6. 6c4cf73a150f.webm Description: Nude prepubescent male child laying on back with erect penis and nude prepubescent female child mounting male child [NAME REDACTED].
