Probable Cause
On or about March 23, 2026, staff from the Anoka County Workhouse were notified that JESSICA ELIZABETH KRSEK [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, left the Anoka County Workhouse located in Anoka County, Minnesota without permission. Staff reviewed the surveillance video and confirmed Defendant entered the female locker room around 6:30 P.M. Defendant then removed personal items from her locker and exited the Workhouse. Defendant had been transferred to the workhouse from jail and left the facility prior to completing the booking process.
Defendant was being held in relation to a felony probation violation in Anoka County Court File No. 02-CR-24-3619. Defendant did not have any approved activity or permission to leave the facility at the time she escaped.
