Walter Sagui

On December 22, 2025, at approximately 10:53 P.M., Rochester Police Officers responded to an assault near the Jersey Mikes located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] SW, Olmsted County. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Victim, [NAME REDACTED] in the police reports, who stated that her ex-boyfriend, WALTER SAGUI [DOB REDACTED], assaulted her in the parking lot. Victim stated that SAGUI approached her and told Victim to go back home with him. After Victim refused, SAGUI took her phone, hit her in the nose and forehead.

Victim stated that she lost consciousness during the assault. Officers observed Victim's nose bleeding and her face swollen and beginning to bruise. Victim was transported to the St. Mary’s Hospital by ambulance due to her injuries. In State v. Larkin, 920 N. W.2d 335 (Minn. 2001), the Minnesota Court of Appeals held that a victim's temporary loss of consciousness, on its own, is “substantial bodily harm.” SAGUI was previously convicted on September 24, 2025 of domestic assault against the same victim.
