On October 20, 2025, law enforcement received a report from T. M., a Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota resident, who said her ex-boyfriend, Ashley Bertrand II, [DOB REDACTED] (Defendant herein) had sent videos and pictures of T. M. Performing oral sex. Law enforcement discovered that on 10/20/2025 a Facebook user with the user ID of “Ok Coo” had sent a video of T. M. Performing oral sex on the Defendant to two accounts belonging to Mr. Tyler Jacob (T. M.’s brother) and Skye McGregor, as well as posting it on the identified account for T. M.’s Facebook page "Amyiah Williams." In the video T. M. Said her face and breasts are exposed while she is performing oral sex on the Defendant.
T. M. Said the Defendant recorded the video that was sent and posted it on Facebook. T. M. Said the Defendant threatened to send the video to people unless T. M. Agreed to speak with him. T. M. Said she never gave permission to the Defendant to send the video to anyone. Law enforcement learned that the Facebook Account with the User ID of “Ok Coo” was registered with a phone number of [PHONE REDACTED] which belongs to the Defendant according to law enforcement records. Additionally, the DOB registered to the account matches the Defendant’s DOB. The State is requesting a warrant for the Defendant’s arrest for the protection of T. M.
