Nathan Charles Homstad

At approximately 5:25 PM on November 3rd, 2025, officers from the Woodbury Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence located in the 6800 block of Macbeth Circle, in the City of Woodbury, within Washington County. Upon arrival, officers spoke with several family members who stated that NATHAN CHARLES HOMSTAD [DOB REDACTED], the defendant, had been acting erratically. As officers were speaking with family, they observed that the defendant had gone into the kitchen and now had a large butcher knife in his hand.

Officers then escorted the family members outside, while the defendant was screaming and making threats to kill family members and/or officers. The defendant was taken into custody and is currently at Region's Hospital. A warrant is being requested to secure his appearance in Washington County District Court once he is released to address appropriate release conditions.
