On December 20, 2025, Bloomington Police Officers responded to a theft in progress at Walmart, [address omitted] East, Bloomington, Hennepin County. Loss Prevention Officers D. A. Stated he observed a male remove the tags off of a backpack, pass all points of sale, fail to pay for the backpack, and was walking out of the store. Loss Prevention detained the male. The male was identified as SUKSAN KHAMTHANI, Defendant herein. Officers recovered the backpack and returned it to Walmart. In a search incident to arrest, Officers located a plastic container in the Defendant's jacket chest pocket.

The container had 9.77 grams of FTP methamphetamine inside. The Defendant is currently out of custody.
