Johnson and P. Pagel, and believes the following to be true: On November 2, 2025, at approximately 7:46 A.M., the officers responded to a report of two roommates involved in a disagreement at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Eden Prairie, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. The officers arrived and spoke with K. M. M., who stated that she had gotten into a verbal argument with her roommate, Krista Nicole Bouchard, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant. K. M. M. Stated that she had been cooking in the kitchen and Defendant came out of her room to let her dog out.
Defendant sat in a chair in the living room. K. M. M. Told Defendant that Defendant was not supposed to come out of her room until 12:00 P.M. As they had agreed upon. K. M. M. Stated that Defendant tried to intimidate K. M. M. By throwing a punch at K. M. M.’s face with a closed fist. Defendant then grabbed a large kitchen knife from a drawer and swung the knife in the direction of K. M. M.’s face and chest. Defendant then put the knife away and grabbed a pair of scissors. Defendant began opening and closing the scissors in a fast motion.
K. M. M. Put her hands up in an attempt to block her face from Defendant. Defendant then put the scissors back into a drawer. During the incident, Defendant told K. M. M. That Defendant was going to hurt K. M. M. And then stated to K. M. M., “Wait until night time”. K. M. M. Believed Defendant was going to hurt K. M. M. While K. M. M. Was sleeping. K. M. M. Stated that Defendant cornered her in the kitchen and K. M. M. Felt nervous and scared. K. M. M. Believed Defendant would hurt her and she does not feel safe alone in the residence with Defendant.
K. M. M. Called 911 and Defendant went to her room.
