Earl Caldwell IV

On November 21, 2025, at approximately 9:07 A.M., Bloomington Police Department Officers were dispatched to the Great American Cookie store located at 283 East Broadway inside the Mall of America, in Bloomington, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Mall Security observed a male, later identified as Earl Caldwell, IV, [DOB REDACTED], "Defendant" herein, climbing over the counter into the closed store. Upon arrival to the scene, Mall Security observed Defendant climbing back out of the store carrying a large container of apple juice, 2 Gatorades, and a jar of cookies.

Defendant had not paid for these items, which belonged to the store. Defendant was found to have a warrant and was arrested.
