On April 21, 2026, law enforcement responded to the 8100 block of Hwy 7 in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on a report of a weapons pointing incident. On arrival, officers were approached by an eyewitness who stated that a male and a female were fighting in the parking lot. The witness stated that the female half appeared to be the victim [NAME REDACTED] was chasing her car with his own. The male half then crashed his vehicle into the back of the female half. The witness stated that the female got out of her car holding a firearm and told the male to leave.
Officers located the involved female, a known adult female, hereinafter Victim. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in an argument with her children's father, whom she identified as Johnny Deondre Clark II, Defendant herein. Victim reported she and Defendant share two young children but are no longer in a relationship. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was angry about money and had been arguing with her on the phone earlier. Defendant made threats to kill Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Shortly thereafter, Victim was in the parking lot of her residence where Defendant does not live.
She observed Defendant drive into the parking lot and attempt to box her car in. Victim was able to try and drive away. Defendant pursued Victim's vehicle with his own, eventually striking the back of the vehicle and causing Victim's car to spin out and hit a curb. Victim reported then getting out of her car with her firearm and telling Defendant to leave. Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim has a lawful permit to carry. Victim reported a history of domestic violence with Defendant. Video surveillance was obtained and corroborated Victim's account of what happened.
Victim began to receive threatening text messages from Defendant's phone number shortly after the incident that include the following: -"You better use it next time btc.you will be dead yourself if not" -"Hopfully you aint eating through a straw soon" -"Stay alert as well" -"You just keep yo head on a swivel" -"Cut them wrist b4 someone else does" -"Dont ever let me catch uou secluded" Defendant was eventually located and placed under arrest. Defendant is in custody.
