It was the fourth time Weber had failed to appear in court on that case. At around 11:00 PM on April 26, 2026, officers saw Weber riding a bicycle without a rear reflective light against traffic signals near Seventh Street West and Grand Avenue, St. Paul, Ramsey County. Officers stopped and identified Weber. Officers discovered Weber’s warrants and arrested her. Weber pleaded with officers and said she needed to go to the hospital. Medics transported Weber to the hospital. After Weber was medically cleared she was taken to jail.
Officers found a bag of suspected methamphetamine in Weber’s backpack. The contents of the bag tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine and weighed 2.36 grams.
