Andrew Warren Dixon

On December 23, 2025, at approximately 6:14 AM, Officers with the Anoka Police Department made contact with a male, identified as ANDREW WARREN DIXON [DOB REDACTED], "Defendant" herein, in the parking ramp located at 2110 2nd Ave, City of Anoka, Anoka County. Record checks showed Defendant had an active misdemeanor warrant out of Anoka County. Defendant was placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest, Officers located a small baggie that contained a white and brown crystal-like substance located in his pants pocket.

The Midwest Regional Forensic Laboratory confirmed the substance was methamphetamine and weighed.812 grams.
