Jaime Lynn David

On or about November 29, 2025, at approximately 1:05 AM, Officer Rogers of the Oakdale Police Department was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle driving visually fast on the 1700 bock of Geneva Avenue North, in the City of Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota. The officer determined the vehicle to be traveling 49 mph while in a posted 40 mph zone. The officer also observed the vehicle to be drifting left and right within the lane of travel and the tires touching the fog line multiple times.

The officer initiated a traffic stop and later fully identified the driver to be JAIME LYNN DAVID, do/b 09/18/1983, Defendant herein. Upon making contact with Defendant, the officer smelled an odor of consumed alcoholic beverage emitting form the vehicle. The officer observed Defendant's eyes appeared bloodshot and watery. Defendant admitted that she had consumed one beer approximately one hour prior to driving. The officer administered standardized field sobriety tests, during which the officer observed multiple clues of impairment.

Defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail. During a search of Defendant's vehicle, officers found an open bottle of Don Julio tequila behind the driver's seat. Defendant was read the Minnesota Implied Consent Advisory and was provided an opportunity to consult with an attorney. Defendant was asked to submit to an evidentiary breath test and she refused. A review of Defendant's record shows no prior qualifying impaired driving related convictions.
