JD said that Domeier came over and confronted him. Domeier punched him multiple times, then wrestled him to the floor and got on top of him. He put both hands around JD’s neck and applied pressure. He stated that he could not breathe. JD had multiple bruises, red marks and abrasions on his face. He also appeared to have broken blood vessels in his eyes. JD’s friend, SP, reported that he was present during the incident. He said that JD threw the first punch but Domeier responded with multiple punches and by choking JD with both hands.
He said that JD’s face was turning red. He said that JD’s neck was “puffing out” around Domeier’s hands. JD denied that he threw the first punch. Investigators have been unsuccessful in locating Domeier after leaving a phone message and sending a letter to him requesting an interview.
