On May 26, 2026, at approximately 8:40am, Maplewood police received a report from the assistant principal of John Glenn Middle School that a female student, A. J. P. [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter "Victim 1" had left school without permission at approximately 8:30am. At the time of charging, Victim 1 is 14 years of age. Based upon the report and conversation with the student's father, Maplewood police listed the student as "missing"/a runaway. The student's father suggested she may have gone to the residence of a friend's parents whom she had previously visited multiple times at 6070 52nd St N #2 in Oakdale, MN. Around 10:05am Oakdale police officers responded to this address and made contact with a female party, ANGELINE MARIE OLSON, [DOB REDACTED], the mother of the runaway student's friend.
OLSON advised she had not seen the student since yesterday. Law enforcement requested OLSON to notify them if she saw the student. OLSON stated she would just drive the student home if the student showed up. On May 27, 2026, at approximately 1:45am, Oakdale police Sgt. Claypool responded back to 6070 52nd St N based upon a report of a juvenile female wearing a black swim suit top. The complaining witness indicated they had observed the juvenile female outside with a male and a female, appearing to be cooking something.
Officers proceeded to the entrance of the residence and made contact with ANGELINE OLSON and her husband, ANDREW DONALD OLSON [DOB REDACTED]. Both parties were immediately argumentative with law enforcement and stated that Victim 1 was not at their residence. Officers requested permission to search the residence for the student and for the OLSONS to leave the residence while this occurred. AND. OLSON gave officers permission to search the residence, but both OLSONS refused to leave the residence upon officers' commands to do so.
Both OLSONS were detained. Officers ultimately located Victim 1 in a cardboard box in the OLSONS' bedroom under a pile of clothes. Prior investigation by law enforcement indicated concerns that Victim 1 was potentially using narcotics. Additionally, Victim 1's parents had located a Snapchat conversation on Victim 1's telephone between her and AND. OLSON, which gave Victim 1's parents concerns about Victim 1 being sexually exploited by AND. OLSON. Based upon this information and the information surrounding Victim 1's discovery at the OLSON residence, search warrants were prepared for the 6070 52nd St N address as well as for electronic devices belonging to the OLSON's in this residence.
On a cell phone purportedly belonging to AND. OLSON, law enforcement discovered a video dated 3:30pm 5/26/2026 in which Victim 1 is seen engaging in cunnilingus with ANG. OLSON. Additionally, law enforcement discovered an additional photograph which an additional photograph which shows ANG. OLSON manually stimulating AND. OLSON's erect penis while Victim 1 is seated next to him and writing something on ANG. OLSON's breast with a marker.
