On or about 12/03/2025, at approximately 1829 hours, Officers responded to assist Deputies with a traffic stop at 14th St East and Nicollet Ave South Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon my arrival, Officers learned that they had arrested one adult male for a firearm they had located in the Hyundai Sonata MN#ZKC858. While preparing to assist with the collection of the firearm from the center console, Officers observed a female standing at back door of Deputy Miller's squad car who was later identified as, Allegra Brenda Rose Nelson [DOB REDACTED], defendant hereinafter.
Officer 1, victim hereafter, advised the defendant several times to move towards the sidewalk. After Deputies left the scene, a tow truck arrived and began to load the Hyundai Sonata. As the vehicle was being loaded, the victim observed the defendant’s mouth began to pucker as she was gathering spit in her mouth; she quickly spat on the victim’s chest before trying to walk away. At this point, the victim placed the defendant under arrest. A short period later, Deputies observed the victim had what appeared to be saliva on their vest near my magazine pouch.
The defendant was transported to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center. The defendant is currently in custody at the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center.
