JUSTIN DENNIS FOX, [DOB REDACTED], has the following domestic violence convictions in the past ten years. ••-CR-••-••••, Domestic Assault, felony conviction 8/26/2024 (LML victim) ••-CR-••-••••, Domestic Assault felony, gross misdemeanor per 609.13, conviction 11/2/2021 02-Cr-19-4653, Assault Third Degree, Assault 4th Degree, felony convictions 12/16/2019 ••-CR-••-••••, Threats of Violence, felony conviction 7/24/2017 On December 24, 2025, at 12:57 P.M., Ramsey County Deputies were dispatched to the 2500 block of Buffalo Street, White Bear Township, County of Ramsey, on a call where a suspect was threatening to kill caller’s father.
Deputy Campbell arrived and met LML. LML said earlier in the day, she and her child’s father, FOX, were discussing parenting arrangements. At some point in their conversation, FOX said he was going to her father’s home, go inside, and kill him (BKH). LML said she disconnected the call because she was scared. LML said she warned her father, BKH. LML cried and trembled as she spoke with Deputy Campbell. She looked around for fear that members of Hells Angels might be watching her. When asked how she felt, LML said, “They’ll kill me.” LML said FOX has been violent with her in the past, has broken her bones, bruised her, and threatened her.
She does not report the incidents out of fear that he will kill her. LML believes either FOX or his father will kill her. LML said FOX’s father is a Hells Angels enforcer. In a subsequent conversion with Deputy Campbell, LML said, “I never should have done this. They are going to kill my family.” LML’s daughter, JO, said FOX is affiliated with the Hells Angels. JO said that FOX has threatened her grandfather, BKH, at least ten times in the past couple of weeks. JO said she believes FOX will kill LML. On December 24, 2025, at 4:05 P.M., LML called dispatch and reported FOX threatened to shoot her with gun, and has a gun under front seat.
LML told deputies FOX was across the street from the residence. Deputies went to BKH’s residence, Hugo Road, White Bear Township, FOX’s reported location. FOX was in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck parked in front of the residence. Another person was in the truck. FOX said he had a court order to see his daughter and was waiting to see her. FOX said LML messaged him the night prior about picking up his daughter. After a Miranda advisory, FOX spoke to an investigator. He said he and LML have a three-year-old child [NAME REDACTED]. On December 24th, LML called him approximately 11-16 times.
He did not answer or text. FOX said he answered one call and left it an open line lasting up to three minutes. FOX was to have their child [NAME REDACTED]. LML told him to pickup their child at her father’s home. FOX has parenting time every Thursday, 4-8 P.M. And Saturday at 10:00 A.M. Until Sunday at 2:00 P.M. FOX denied making threats against LML or her father. FOX allowed a deputy to review voicemail messages on his phone. On 12/24 at 8:22 A.M., FOX said he would be at LML’s father’s house to pickup their child at 4:00 P.M. 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/26/2025 In a phone message on 12/24 at 11:52 A.M., LML said, “My ribs are broke dumb f***. I’m pressing charges on both of you (FOX and his father). In court file ••-CR-••-••••, LML is awarded sole legal and physical custody of the parties’ child [NAME REDACTED]. FOX was awarded parenting time.
