On September 10th, 2025, at approximately 4:20 P.M., Stearns County Sheriff's Office Deputy Matt Meyers was on duty patrol in a construction site located on County Road 139 east of County Road 2, St. Joseph Township, Stearns County, Minnesota. A vehicle with the Minnesota license plate [PLATE REDACTED] passed and Deputy Meyers recognized the driver. Deputy Meyers began to follow the vehicle and observed the vehicle cross over the center line. Deputy Meyers initiated a traffic stop and upon approaching the vehicle, immediately recognized the driver as Dean Arnold Gangl [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein.
When asked about the Defendant's driving status, he responded "it is not good." Deputy Meyers confirmed that the Defendant's license status was cancelled – inimical to public safety. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named Defendant, on or about the 10th day of September, 2025, in St. Joseph Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
