The employee was identified as ANGEL FERNANDO YUPA GUAMAN [DOB REDACTED], Defendant hereinafter. Officers spoke with loss prevention who advised between January 1, 2024, and January 28, 2024, Defendant had taken $1,950.00, from the Home Depot store tills without permission while working as a cashier. Defendant signed a confession stating he had taken approximately $2,750.00 from the Home Depot without permission.
