Leslie Joy Keezer

On November 6, 2025, at 11:26 P.M., Deputy Olufson of the Wright County Sheriff’s Office stopped a Pontiac G6, hereinafter vehicle, for traveling on a public roadway in the City of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota, without a rear license plate. The driver was identified as Leslie Joy Keezer [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant. Defendant had indicia of controlled substance use, showed clues to impairment during field sobriety tests, admitted a methamphetamine pipe was in the vehicle, and her license privileges were revoked.

Following Defendant’s arrest for driving while impaired, a vehicle search yielded ten (10) Clonazepam pills, along with a pipe, marijuana, and a needle containing a black tar substance. Clonazepam is a Schedule IV controlled substance. Deputy Olufson obtained a search warrant for a blood or urine sample from Defendant. Defendant took a blood test (results pending). Defendant was previously convicted of Driving While Impaired – Presence of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance on October 22, 2024, and Driving While Impaired – Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance on November 19, 2021.
