Officers took TOLBERT into custody without issue. While completing a search incident to arrest, deputies located a clear plastic bag containing a crystal like substance in the right front exterior pocket of a backpack TOLBERT was carrying. This substance was later tested to be 2.9 grams of Methamphetamine.
