On October 10, 2025, PERIANA DEANNA JAVAY HARGROVE [DOB REDACTED] was personally trespassed from Rosedale Center at 1595 Highway 36 West, Roseville, Ramsey County for a year. Hargrove was caught shoplifting from Lululemon. On November 22, 2025, Hargrove went to Macy’s at 1595 Highway 36 West, Roseville, Ramsey County. Hargrove selected two Prada fragrance gift sets valued at a total of $230 and left the mall without paying for them. Hargrove went to a vehicle and sat in it for a while before reentering Macy’s. Loss prevention saw Hargrove conceal three fragrance sets valued at $445 in her hooded sweatshirt.

Hargrove left the store without paying for the three fragrance sets and was stopped by loss prevention employees. Hargrove was uncooperative and placed in handcuffs. The three fragrances were recovered from Hargrove, but the vehicle she took the other two sets of fragrances left the mall before those items could be recovered. Hargrove wept and complained that she was going to jail for theft. Hargrove has 7 felony theft convictions since 2022. On May 20, 2025, Hargrove was sentenced on a theft in Ramsey County District Court file 62-CR-24-5718.
