On December 18, 2025 at approximately 1:30 A.M., law enforcement conducted a traffic stop in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Officer Mitchel Loehrer asked the driver for their license. Officer Loehrer heard over the radio that the registered owner of the vehicle had an active warrant. The driver responded by rolling up the window and placing the vehicle in drive. The driver then fled and Officer Loehrer pursued. However, Officer Loehrer had to terminate pursuit due to safety concerns and road conditions.
Officer Loehrer determined the registered owner of the vehicle was Montrelle Dwayne Link, [DOB REDACTED]. Officer Loehrer compared a DVS photo of Link with the driver and determined that the driver of the vehicle was Link. Link was located at approximately 5:56 A.M. And placed under arrest. At the time of his arrest, Link had a warrant issued on October 9, 2025 for failing to appear in Benton County District Court file number 05-CR- 25-883. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct.
The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 18th day of December, 2025 in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
