The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On or about August 15, 2025, at around 0333 hours, Officers with the St. Paul Police Department stopped two (2) bicyclists in the area of Lafond Avenue and St. Albans Street, in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota for not having any front or rear lights and for bicycling on the sidewalk. They asked the males for their names and one of the male who was later identified as Antonio Valentino Davon HOULE, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, verbally identified himself using the full name and birth date of a real person, fully identified in the police report and referenced herein by the initials A. H., [DOB REDACTED]. The officers ran A. H. Through DVS and Defendant did not match the photograph of A. H. Who was 100 pounds heavier.
Confronted, Defendant claimed he had bypass surgery and lost 200 pounds. The IBIS was used to take Defendant's fingerprints and he was positively identified as Antonio. They ran Defendant's name and found that he had four (4) outstanding warrants as follows: -Hennepin County warrant for $20,000.00 for felony-motor vehicle theft; -Anoka County body hold warrant for felony possession of firearm adjudicated crime of violence; -Dakota County body hold warrant for felony theft; and -Ramsey County body hold warrant for gross misdemeanor domestic assault.
