Archie Mcclane Borsay

On or about April 20, 2026, at approximately 4:20 P.M., Minneapolis police officers responded to a sexual assault that occurred at an apartment residence, located in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, officers met with adult female Victim. Victim stated her acquaintance and neighbor assaulted her earlier. The neighbor was identified as ARCHIE MCCLANE BORSAY [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter "Defendant." Victim [NAME REDACTED], she went to Defendant's apartment and Defendant had been drinking.

At one point, Defendant wanted to have sex with Victim, [NAME REDACTED]. Victim was in the bathroom when Defendant approached her and started grabbing her breasts. Defendant ripped the front of Victim's shirt and licked her breasts without her consent. Defendant attempted to have sex with Victim but was not able to remove her pants. Victim pushed Defendant off and ran out of his apartment. Officers observed Victim's shirt was ripped. Officers arrested Defendant at his apartment. Defendant is currently in custody.
