Probable Cause

On December 10, 2025, officers conducted surveillance at [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County in an effort to arrest JEROME KINTA WEST [DOB REDACTED] on federal drug charges. Officers saw West shoveling snow outside the residence. West later got into a Chevrolet pickup truck and left the address. Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested West at Larpenteur Avenue and Gurney Street, St. Paul, Ramsey County. Officers recovered bags of suspected crack cocaine from West’s pants. The contents of two bags recovered from West both tested positive for the presence of cocaine and weighed a combined total of 8.26 grams.

West has 4 prior felony convictions: 2 for the sale of cocaine, possession of a firearm by an ineligible person, and murder in the third degree related to the sale of a controlled substance.
