Are Hereby Summoned to appear on the day ofRepeat

On September 9, 2025, at approximately 1:58 P.M., Officer Keesey of the Austin Police Department was at [ADDRESS REDACTED] East in the City of Austin, County of Mower, when he observed BRITTNEY MARIE MOSENG, DOB/060289, the defendant herein, sitting in a stairwell folded over. Keesey recognized the defendant from prior contacts and called her name several times until she acknowledged the officers. Officers confirmed the defendant had active warrants for her arrest, and she then took off running east from the property.

Officer Keesey informed the defendant multiple times that she was under arrest and to stop. The defendant refused to comply and continued to flee on foot. Keesey pursued the defendant and yelled commands for the defendant to stop. The defendant continued to flee east across 2.0 Street SE when Keesey caught up to her and placed her under arrest. During the search of the defendant, she advised Officer Keesey that she had fentanyl powder in her bra. Mayo Clinic Ambulance crew retrieved two folded up pieces of tinfoil from the defendant's bra and turned them over to Keesey.

The defendant was later transported to the Mower County Jail. Officer Keesey brought the tinfoil to the evidence room and located the suspected fentanyl substance inside the tinfoil. The substance weighed 3 grams. A review of the defendant's criminal history reflects a prior conviction for 5™ degree drugs dated January 16, 2025 (Mower County District Court file 50-CR-24- 1782).
