On 12/23/2025 at approximately 12:09 hours, officers responded to Medical Equipment located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] South, Edina, Hennepin County on a report of threats of violence. The reporting party, Witness MR, worked as a security guard and stated that about 30 minutes prior, a male had threatened employees and said he was going to go get a gun and shoot up the place. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Witness FM, who explained that a male and a female had entered the business and spoke with Victim JM, who was sitting in the desk directly next to her.
The male customer had stated he was there to pick up a “Boost drink” and a “TENS unit.” Victim JM was unable to provide the male with either of the items and he had tried to explain the situation to the male. The female customer then became verbally aggressive and said Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Witness FM stated she then stepped in and attempted to help explain the situation to the male and female. Witness FM stated that as the male and female were leaving the business, the male had yelled to Victim JM, “I’m gonna go to a gun shop.
I’m gonna buy a gun, and I’m gonna blow your head off.” Witness FM stated that she had felt scared during the incident. Victim JM told officers that he works as a DME Coordinator for the business. At approximately 11:30 A.M., a male and female came into the business and Victim [NAME REDACTED]. The male told Victim [NAME REDACTED] was there to pick up a TENS unit and some sort of supplement that he had claimed were ready to be picked up. Victim JM told the male the items were not available, and the order had not been processed.
Victim JM reported that the male and female became irate and told him he was being rude. Victim JM said that as the male was leaving the store, the male threatened that he was going to go to a gun shop and blow Victim JM’s head off. Victim JM stated that he felt unsafe, scared, and felt the male might actually follow through with the threat. Victim JM stated the name the male provided was “WESLEY N ROSEN” and that his phone number was (952)299-XXXX. Both witnesses gave similar accounts of what the male looked like, that he was in his mid-40’s, about 6’0”, with dark hair, bluish green eyes, and wearing a brown or black/gray beanie, hoodie, and jacket.
Witness BW was also working in the store at the time and heard the threat made to Victim JM. Witness BW heard the male state to Victim JM, “I’m gonna go to a gun shop, come back, and blow your f****** head off!” Video was located and showed the two suspects entering into the store and matched the description given by the victim [NAME REDACTED]. Officers searched DVS and located a male matching the description and video named WESLEY NATHANIEL ROSEN, [DOB REDACTED] (now referred to as "Defendant"). Officers viewed his 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/29/2026 driver’s license photograph via DVS and observed he matched the description provided by the victim [NAME REDACTED]. A photo lineup was later conducted, and Victim [NAME REDACTED]. A warrant is requested in the interest of public safety.
