Probable Cause
On February 24, 2026, at 1620 hours, St. Paul police officers responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County, on a report of an assault. Officers met with two victims: BMM, [DOB REDACTED], and her granddaughter, AAJ, [DOB REDACTED]. They both reported that the father of AAJ’s child [NAME REDACTED], forced his way inside and assaulted them. The identified the assailant as Travelle Najee Deonte Booker, [DOB REDACTED]. BMM said that Booker showed up at her door and knocked. When she opened the door slightly, he forced his way inside by pushing on the door.
He knocked BMM to the floor with both hands, causing her to fall to her knees. She injured her hand on a table when she went down. He was yelling. He threw the TV to the ground. He was demanding money and AAJ’s phone. He went into the bedroom and assaulted Johnson. AAJ confirmed this account. She said that Booker punched her three times. He pinned her against the wall. He was demanding money. He took her cell phone and fled the scene.
