On February 22, 2026, at approximately 5:53 P.M., law enforcement officers were dispatched on a report of a domestic assault in progress at a residence in the area of [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers received information from dispatch that an adult female, later identified ANDRAWLANE PRINCESS DUNBAR [DOB REDACTED], "Defendant" herein, had pulled a knife on an adult male, "Victim" herein. Law enforcement was aware of numerous domestic related incidents at the address, involving both Victim and Defendant calling law enforcement on one another.
Officers spoke with Victim [NAME REDACTED], and Victim [NAME REDACTED] had chased Victim with a kitchen knife. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in a room during the incident, and another party that he was on the phone with had called 911 after hearing commotion. Victim and Defendant have a child [NAME REDACTED], and the child [NAME REDACTED] in the apartment. Victim stated he experienced fear for his safety during the incident and believed Defendant was going to stab him. Officers later viewed the knife, a bread knife, which Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Defendant is presently in custody on a separate Assault in the Second Degree in case file 27-CR-26- 4786, which involved similar facts where Defendant pulled a kitchen knife on Victim [NAME REDACTED] from the Hennepin County Jail on the present case on February 24, 2026. Thus, the State respectfully requests this complaint issue as a warrant with heightened bail to reflect both files, given the similar facts and concern for safety.
Further, there was a small child [NAME REDACTED] during the current incident.
