On February 3, 2026, at approximately 11:16 pm, Wright County Deputy Dow was dispatched on a report of a dark colored minivan traveling westbound on I94 that was swerving all over the road and had taken the exit ramp in Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota. As the call was being dispatched, Deputy Dow located the minivan and made contact with the vehicle as it was parked at the speedway gas station. While speaking with the passenger, identified as Forest Rainier Olivier [DOB REDACTED] hereinafter defendant, asked to smoke a cigarette and pulled a marijuana cigarette from his pocket that was not in its original dispensary packaging.
A search of the vehicle located a backpack on the passenger floorboard containing illegally packaged marijuana, prescription bottles and mushrooms believed to be psilocybin. The mushrooms field tested positive for psilocybin, schedule I controlled substance. During transport to the Wright County Jail,? Defendant unbuckled his seatbelt and began to lay in the backseat to get more comfortable because his knees were touching the partition. Defendant moved his handcuffs to the front and attempted to slip them.
Deputy Dow observed the first prescription bottle had 2.65 grams of suspected Psilocybin mushrooms. The second prescription bottle contained 3.48 grams of marijuana. The third prescription bottle contained 1.43 grams of marijuana. The fourth prescription bottle contained 3.74 grams of marijuana. And the fifth prescription bottle contained rolling paper for marijuana joints.
