On or about November 1, 2025, at approximately 11:50 P.M., officers were dispatched to a report of an unconscious person who had been "knocked out" outside of the Freight House located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] S., Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota. When officers arrived, they learned that the C. J. J. (victim) had been at the Freight House and had been asked to leave by security staff. After victim [NAME REDACTED], he continued to yell at the security personal from across the street. One of the security personal, Marques Lamarcuse Williams (defendant), [DOB REDACTED] then jumped over a fence and a retaining wall and ran up to victim [NAME REDACTED] in the face.
The victim as a result of the punch fell to the ground unconscious suffering injury to his face. Victim suffered lacerations to his face that medical staff, who had arrived, stated would need stitches. The encounter was recorded on camera.
