On January 19, 2026, at approximately 10:50 A.M., law enforcement officers were dispatched to a group home located in Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota on a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke to D. P. Who had visible injuries to her face to include a cut on the left side of her nose below her eye. She reported her ex-boyfriend, TERRANCE JAMOLL PRICE BEVERLY [DOB REDACTED], had just came to her residence and punched her in the face. She reported she was in her room when PRICE BEVERLY knocked on the window, asking to come in to retrieve his clothes.
She opened the window and spoke to him. He got upset that his belongings were thrown out and struck D. P. In the face twice with a closed fist. A staff member of the house, G. K., walked into the room and saw PRICE BEVERLY inside D. P.’s bedroom. PRICE BEVERLY then left through the window and G. K. Called police. PRICE BEVERLY was located nearby inside a store. He was placed under arrest. PRICE BEVERLY agreed to provide a Mirandized statement. He stated he went to D. P.’s residence on this day. He knew D. P. Was not allowed visitors so he snuck in through the window.
PRICE BEVERLY stated that when he had to leave, D. P. Became upset and they started to argue. He said the argument never got physical. PRICE BEVERLY was previously convicted of Threats of Violence on August 29, 2022 (••-CR-••-••••) and 5th Degree Assault on February 16, 2022 (••-CR-••-••••). PRICE BEVERLY is currently in-custody in the Hennepin County Jail.
