The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On November 24, 2025, at approximately 5:31 AM, officers with the St. Paul Police Department were en route to a call when they observed two individuals fighting in the street near 7th Street and Cedar Avenue in the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County. Officers made contact with the individuals, eventually identified as D. L. F., fully identified in police reports, and TRAIVON NICHOLES FITZPATRICK [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein.
Both individuals appeared intoxicated. D. L. F. Stated she was attempting to get home and the two got into a mutual shoving match. Officers spoke with Defendant, who informed them that D. L. F. Was his girlfriend, that she had gotten too drunk and was throwing herself down in the street, and that he was trying to get her somewhere safe so she could get a ride home. Officers asked Defendant for his identification. He stated he was Reonte Hatcher [DOB REDACTED]. While officers were unable to locate that individual, they did locate an individual named Ariyontai Hatcher.
When officers again spoke with Defendant to clarify his identity, Defendant proceeded to tell officers he was Ariyontai Hatcher and provided the same date of birth. In looking at records, officers were able to see that Defendant looked nothing like the individual he was claiming to be. Officers told Defendant they needed his real name and date of birth and that they knew he was not Ariyontai Hatcher. Defendant then stated that was his brother's name and provided his identification as Elijah Terell [DOB REDACTED]. No such person exists.
One of the officers was able to figure out Defendant's actual name and date of birth. Officers reviewed DVS records and matched Defendant to his actual identity. Defendant had several active bench warrants for failing to appear at hearings stemming out of multiple counties, including Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Washington, and Rice.
