On 9/19/25, Blaine PD responded to a report from a father that his 12-year-old daughter, identified herein as ABC, was chatting with a 20-year-old male on Snapchat. He reported that the male had sent her sexually explicit messages and photos. ABC resides in Blaine, Anoka County, MN. ABC reported that on or about 9/1/25, she received a Snapchat friend request from user AngeloXSanchez1, later identified as CHRISTOPHER D'ANGELO SANCHEZ MIGUEL [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant told ABC he resides in Blaine and sent her a photo of his penis around 3pm that day.
ABC noted that Defendant had black bat tattoos on one of his arms. ABC said she then asked how old he was, and he replied that he was turning 20 on September 6. ABC said she informed him she was only 12 years old. She said Defendant sent another photo of his penis to ABC later as a "birthday gift." She said she had also received a video of him ejaculating. On 9/19/25, he messaged her again and called her "baby." When she asked him why he called her that, he said it was because he wanted his dick sucked.
ABC further reported that Defendant had indicated he wanted to take her virginity and have sex with her. On 10/1/25, Blaine PD received Snapchat records for the angeloXsanchez1 account, which helped identify Defendant as the account holder and the person messaging ABC. He observed content consistent with ABC's report, including explicit images and videos of Defendant, between 8/29/25 and 9/16/25. On 9/16/25, Defendant sent ABC an image of himself holding his erect penis and a video of himself masturbating and ejaculating.
Blaine PD also received records from ABC's Snapchat account containing the same messages, images, and videos. During an interview with Defendant, he admitted using the identified Snapchat account to have an inappropriate conversation with a minor. He admitted that they discussed sexual topics and that they talked about engaging in sexual conduct with each other. He also admitted to sending photos and videos with sexual content to ABC, including photos of his penis. Detective Ramirez observed black bat tattoos on Defendant's left arm, consistent with what ABC observed in a photo of Defendant.
Defendant said he believed ABC was 14 years old and in middle school. Defendant is not in custody as of the filing of this complaint. The State requests a complaint summons.
