On November 25, 2025, at 9:43 P.M. Woodbury Police responded to a hotel in the 700 block of Bielenberg Drive, City of Woodbury, Washington County on a report of a disorderly guest. The guest was later identified as Mohammed Abdullah Warsame, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. When officers arrived, they were told by front desk employee, that Defendant, wearing only a towel, was throwing items and damaging the front desk. Front desk employee received complaints about Defendant's behavior in the hotel.
Front desk employee went to check the hotel, could not locate Defendant. When front desk employee returned to the front desk, she saw Defendant damaging the desk. Another guest, Victim 1 approached officers and said Defendant gained access to his room and attempted to punch him. Another guest, Victim 2, said Defendant slapped him in the face. Defendant was located and handcuffed. Defendant was wearing only a towel and had an odor of consumed alcoholic beverage on him. Defendant was calling officers names and being uncooperative.
Defendant was placed in the back of a squad car. Officer went to check on Defendant in the back of his squad. When the door was opened, Defendant spit at Officer. The spit landed on Officer's pants as well as on the door. The door was closed, and Defendant continued to spit in the vehicle and on the cage. Officers checked Defendant's room. There was food left in the room and on the ground, a cigarette butt in the shower, a tipped dresser and the television that was on the dresser was now on the ground.
Defendant is in custody.
