Jacob Stephen Lepage

On March 17, 2026, Wright County Agents applied for an were granted a search warrant for the address of 708 1st Ave NW in the City of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota. The warrant included controlled substances and evidence of controlled substance crimes. The warrant included the residence of Jacob Stephen LePage [DOB REDACTED] hereinafter defendant, and his vehicle. At approximately 1:10 pm, Deputy Sufka made contact at the residence and confirmed defendant to be home. Agents informed defendant they had a search warrant.

It was learned that defendant lived upstairs of the residence. Upstairs in the bedroom, there was only one bed and throughout the room there were items with defendant’s name on them. Under the bed, agents located a box which had a plate of white/brown residue which field tested positive for methamphetamine, a schedule-II controlled substance. The methamphetamine weighed approximately 1.3 grams.
