On December 31, 2025, a cybertip was reported to the MN BCA relating to Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”) files that were uploaded to a Google photos account on December 23, 2025. The account had the name of “Larry Black”, listed three phone numbers, a date of birth of 1/6/87, and email addresses of wanderbloth**@gmail.com and 87faithkeep**@gmail.com. Multiple IP addresses were provided as well. The CSAM files that were uploaded to Google photos were between April 17, 2021, and December 20, 2025. A Special Agent with the BCA viewed the files that Google provide and determined that 372 were CSAM. On January 2, 2026, a cybertip from Block, which is also known as Cash App was received.
This tip reported that a user was purchasing CSAM with bitcoin. The account belonged to “Larry Black” with an address in SE Rochester, MN, Olmsted County, a date of birth of 1/6/87, an email address of bangingblothie****@gmail.com, and a phone number were associated with the Block account. A search through law enforcement databases showed that LARRY ALLEN BLACK [DOB REDACTED] is required to register as a predatory offender. Black had a phone numbers listed on his registration that were used with the Block and Google accounts.
He had listed a previous address as the same SE Rochester, MN address that was associated with the Block account. It was noted that Black not reported his address as being in Stewartville, MN. A Detective with the Rochester Police Department conducted surveillance on Black’s address in Stewartville. He was able to confirm that Black still lived at the Stewartville address. A search warrant was granted for Black, his car, and his residence. On March 18, 2026, that search warrant was executed. Black was first contacted at the Olmsted County Government Center.
He confirmed his Stewartville address and phone number. It was noted that the phone number he gave was also associated with the Cash App and Google accounts in the cybertip. Black was read the Miranda Advisory and agreed to speak with law enforcement. He first denied having seen “child pornography” but did admit to wanderbloth**@gmail.com and bangingblothie****@gmail.com being his email accounts. Black eventually admitted to viewing CSAM and that there would be CSAM on his devices. Black had a Samsung on his person, which was seized.
Black was taken into custody. Officers then went to Black’s residence in Stewartville. In Black’s bedroom, 6 more electronic devices were 3 55-CR-26-1998 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 3/20/2026 recovered. After the search warrants were executed. Black requested to speak with law enforcement again. He was again read the Miranda Advisory and agreed to speak with law enforcement. Black stated that he has been accessing CSAM for a while and had considered that he would get caught. Black talked about the applications he used to access CSAM and where he would store the CSAM on devices.
He would buy CSAM from an online user with bitcoin through CashApp. Black stated that he would access CSAM while at home in Olmsted County. One of the files uploaded to Google was a screen recorded of a video on Snapchat. The Snapchat channel was titled “CP Black”. The video clicks through a series of short videos and images of CSAM and adult pornography. There were multiple files within the screen recorded video of children under the age of 18, some as young as 2 years old engaged in vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, fellatio, and masturbation.
