On October 25, 2000, Anissia Ann Bryant [DOB REDACTED] was sentenced in Olmsted County District Court, Court File No. J1-00-51369, for the offense of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree. On July 12, 2001, Anissia Ann Bryant completed a predatory offender notification and registration form. Bryant signed the form acknowledging that she had been notified that she must register as a predatory offender in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 243.166. Bryant is required to register until 10/20/2028. As a person required to register, Bryant was required to register all changes of her primary address at least five days prior to moving to that address or if the person lacks primary address to report to law enforcement in person once a week.
On July 22, 2024, Bryant submitted Minnesota Predatory Offender Change of Information Form stating she does not have a current primary address. Bryant listed her primary location as Days Inn South in Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Bryant failed to file a homeless weekly check-in form from 07/16/2025 to 10/14/2025. Bryant was advised the necessity to report for homeless check-ins once per week. Detective Burdick of the Rochester Police Department made several calls and left several voicemail messages for Bryant reminding her that she is required to report weekly.
Detective Burdick received no return calls. Bryant’s whereabouts are unknown. The state requests a warrant be issued for her arrest. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR COURT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING IMPOSED AND PUNISHED AS PROVIDED IN MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 609.49.
